What makes our custom manufacturing different
We guarantee control of the production environment:
To ensure quality, we use professional peripheral equipment. This includes a modern drying system with molecular sieve to remove moisture from hygroscopic materials (polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS, etc.), preventing strength loss and defects. We also use water and oil thermostats in the injection molding process to maintain ideal stable mold temperature, which is critical for shrinkage control and dimensional repeatability.
An important factor for order fulfillment during power outages is our 330 kW generator, ensuring 24/7 operation.
