Why our injection molding stands out
We take on the full cycle of molding – from testing and sample production to serial batches. Our service includes everything: technical preparation of the mold for molding, quality control as specified in the product specification and approved by sample, and packaging in packaging optimized for the product.
We guarantee control of the production environment:
To ensure quality we use professional peripheral equipment. This includes a modern drying system with molecular sieve to remove moisture from hygroscopic materials (polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS, etc.), which prevents loss of strength and defects. We also use water and oil thermostats (temperature controllers) during injection molding to maintain an ideal stable mold temperature, which is critical for shrinkage control and dimensional repeatability.
An important factor for order fulfilment during power outages is our 330 kW generator, which ensures 24/7 operation.
